Etika

Etika

Japanese dishes made with Faeroese fish – that’s the idea behind Etika. The man behind the concept is Jens Rahbek, who was involved in starting the popular Sticks’n’Sushi chain as well as the first sushi restaurant on the Faeroe Islands. The menu consists of several smaller dishes, that you can combine as you please. For those, who have a hard time choosing, there are also finished menus. Etika’s philosophy is built on culinary minimalism in the form of Japanese simplicity combined with high quality products from the cold Nordic seas.
