Mielcke & Hurtigkarl

Restaurant Mielcke & Hurtigkarl is located at romantic Haveselskabets Have at Frederiksberg. Here you´ll get a full gastronomic experience of high standard, where the chefs offer you carefully prepared and innovative gourmet menus with carefully chosen wines. For lunch you can compose your menu from seven various courses that cost 100 DKK each. The interior is designed by, among others, the famous designer and artist Henrik Vibskov.

Genre: Gourmet restaurant in a beautiful setting

Menu: In the evenings they offer a 5 course menu that e.g. can consist of roe with pickled cucumber, ice colds toast, fresh cream and Menton lemons; lobster with piripiri, herb salt, spice oil in solid form and sauce charon; or lamb with cold smoked foie gras over morels and simone cabbage and two versions of onion.

Lunch: Is served 1 april – 30 september 12 noon – 2.30 pm. Can be courses like halibut with daikon radish in miso, green broccoli crème and shiso; suckling pig with forest mushroom from Ålsgårde, carrots and tarbais beans in herb juice from the garden and desserts like vanilla ice cream with mango, candied citrus, coffee- and saffron purée, coconut bubbles and raspberries.
