There are approximately 139 different Scandic Hotels in nine countries – all unique in its own way but share many qualities. The hotels have all internet access and free loaning of bikes and Nordic walking poles. Organic breakfast buffet is always included in the room cost, where they always have a selection of gluten- and lactose free bread as well as Fair trade coffee. At most Scandic Hotels they have a small convenient store in connection with the lobby where you can buy everything from toothbrushes to lighter dishes and smoothies. To make it easier for guests with special needs Scandic offer, among other things, handicapped adapted rooms in almost every hotel. They are also equipped with shower chairs, wider doors and lower thresholds. Scandic also have special adjusted rooms for allergy sufferers and people with a hearing impairment. All Swedish Scandic Hotels are environmentally friendly and marked with eco-label “Svanen”.
