Nørrebro Bryghus

As the name implies this is a Danish brewery, but also so much more. At Norrebro Bryghus (Norrebro Brewery) you and your friends can gather round and enjoy a wide range of high quality beers, or a really nice dinner. You can for example sit at the Kongebordet (the Kings table) in the bar, which seats up to 10 guests, and order a delicious meal with matching beer menu. Here they take their beer serious and treated with highest care to assure the highest standard possible. In 2009 the brewery introduced their new climate friendly strategy. They have decided to become Denmark’s first CO2-neutral brewery. They achieve this by buying CO2-quotas corresponding to the brewery’s heat-, gas- and electricity consumption and by actively working for lowering the energy consumption. They have even launched a special organic and CO2-neutral beer, which they call Globe Ale.

Menu: Varies often, but the menu can for example present courses like BBQ ox-sandwich, sea mussels, smoked duck, rooster with roasted crème of corn, or rhubarb soup with cardamom ice cream flavoured with herbs from the archipelago.
