”Welcome, enjoy an evening in our living room”. These are the welcoming words of Anita Klemensen and Mette Martinussen. The restaurant is situated on a by-street to Nyhavn and its interior resembles an old fashioned living room. You can enjoy an exclusive meal at 1250 DKK per cover, so this is the place to go if you want to pamper yourself and your friends and family. Part of the concept is that all guests arrive simultaneously and there’s room for about 28 people in total. Martinussen also has a catering business called Mette Sias Køkken, which means that you can also take these culinary experiences home with you.

Genre: Gourmet restaurant in a cosy living room

Menu: Varies with the seasons, but usually contains gourmet versions of lumpfish roe, scallops with deep fried vegetables, cauliflower and clam soup, roasted suckling pig with caramelized gravy and fried potatoes
