Stengade30

NB! Stengade30 is closed since July 2009. Is scheduled to reopen around mid-2010.

Stengade30 is a small concert hall for the alternative music scene. It's located in Nørrebro and was established in the end of the 80's by old activists from ”Ungdomshuset”. Each year they arrange about 250 concerts. They have a number of different clubs, with everything from an open jam scene to a trance club and concert evenings where unsigned up-and-coming bands can enter the stage. They also host different exhibitions. In the basement you can find rehearsal premises and above is Café Stalingrad, where you can rest your ears and hang out by the pool table. The atmosphere is relaxed, and far away from the posh crowd.
