Yans Wok

One of Copenhagen´s trendiest Chinese restaurants has specialized in Hong Kong cuisine. A majority of the menu consists of traditional Sichuan courses. Yans Wok is a perfect choice if you have a small budget since it´s moderately priced, but the standard is nevertheless very high. Many of Copenhagen´s celebrity chefs come here to enjoy Yans Wok famous crispy duck with pancakes, sweet hoi-sin sauce and shredded cucumber and leek. Worth mentioning is that Yans Wok does not look like an ordinary Chinese restaurant, instead the interior design is minimalistic and bright.
