Bloom In The Park has a very high standard, both in Sweden as well as international. Renowned food bible White Guide labels Bloom as “ Swedish master class, best in Malmö!” Or as Bloom say themselves: ”Our kitchen works with the purest definition of seasonal flavours. Each component plays an important role, both individually and in harmony with the rest of the dish. The drive is toward deconstruction and experimentation, but the roots lie in classic French gastronomy.”

The restaurant has a "no menu" policy which allows their chefs to create freely from day to day with the absolute freshest produce available. This makes each and every visit to Bloom In The Park unique.
