Hovedbanegården
|
Hovedbanegården opened in 1911 and replaced the old one, which was situated where Paladsteateret (=the Palace Theatre) is today. The building is designed by the architect Henrich Wench. Today, there is also a shopping center above the tracks, with around 40 stores, restaurants and cafés. Circa 8000 travelers pass the station every day, and it’s also a large hub for international travels. For example, you can take the train Paris, Stockholm or Berlin from here. If you wish to report something missing, you can dial +45 33 54 56 81 from 10-15. Københavns Hovedbanegård, Bernstorffsgade 16-22, Published 2008-11-25 10:22 |
